Photos & Images

When using GlowLab’s virtual fashion try-on features, you may upload photos. These images are processed securely to generate try-on results and may be stored temporarily for quality, troubleshooting, or user history features.

Payment Information

If you purchase tokens or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple (IAP), Google Play, or Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Device Information

Device model, operating system version, unique identifiers, IP address.

Usage Data

Pages/screens viewed, features used, session duration, errors or crash logs.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

Used for functionality and analytics if applicable.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and improve GlowLab’s virtual try-on features
• Process purchases, tokens, and subscriptions
• Improve app performance, security, and user experience
• Deliver customer support
• Personalise recommendations and in-app content
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or prohibited behaviour
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

3. How We Process Photos & AI Content

Photos you upload are processed by third-party AI services (e.g., Google Vertex AI or equivalent technology) to generate virtual try-on results.

Images may be temporarily stored for processing, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and improving model accuracy.

We do not use your images to train public AI models.

You can request deletion of your images at any time (see Section 9).

We may share your information with:
